New Projects Underway
This stately Nashua, New Hampshire home is undergoing a complete rehab. After additions and renovations, this 4800 square foot traditional home located in Nashua's north end has many tales to tell. With over 12 rooms, a new generation will soon take over and add more history to this home featuring a sunken family room, home theater in the finished basement, expansive master bedroom suite and an outdoor fireplace to enjoy.

 Jim has successfully completed the EPA Lead Safe Renovations, Repair and Painting contractor training. This certification became a requirement on April 22, 2010 by Federal Law.

Featured Project of The Month
Is your kitchen in need of a face lift? Do you know someone who wishes they could have their dream kitchen today?
We did just that with a client who had completed all types of renovations in their home but never quite got around to the kitchen. They wanted something that was functional, modern and that would be the focal point for many a party!
We added details such as under counter lighting to enhance the beauty of their granite counter tops.
We replaced a tired "butler's" pantry with a sleek modern version that matched the cherry finish cabinets.
The final stage was to replace a tired floor with beautiful maple flooring, which was installed throughout the kitchen and hallway.

Golf Season Is In Full Swing
The birds are chirping and the grass is getting greener by the day. It must be golf season!
Did you know that there is one person on our team that will not be able to "swing" the clubs until July!!
Dottie had a little mishap in April on the racquetball court that has sidelined her for a few weeks.
She is healing well and will be ready to hit the links soon! The doctor said she can begin to practice her putting stroke in a week or two, so watch out!
